ForestMap available in several languages

We are pleased to announce that the ForestMap platform is available in all the languages of the countries where we have carried out a pilot project: Slovenian, French, German, Finnish, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, in addition to English.

Anyone can access the platform, use it and get results from any of the areas we have inventoried so far, with a limit of 3 hectares per user. It can be done quickly and free of charge Link to make a test

You will obtain data of great interest if you are a forester, forest manager or logger:

Forest inventory: species present, the volume of wood in each plot, the dominant height and its spatial distribution, basimetric area…

Forestry management: what harvesting you can do, how much timber to harvest and when.

Fire risk: spatial distribution of fuel and risk patterns, which is essential to manage prevention.

Carbon: amount of carbon stored in biomass, its annual growth and whether there have been recent losses.
